EVALUATION REGISTRATION FORM
Stinger will ship law enforcement agencies an evaluation gun for a free two week trial. After two weeks, the agency may return the unit or they may request to keep the unit and will be invoiced. Stinger is proud only to offer the Stinger S-200 to the Law Enforcement Community. To ensure this powerful stun gun only reaches legitimate parties, an evaluation gun will only be shipped when Stinger personnel or its distributors has made verbal contact with you to verify the information provided. Stinger personnel will provide an additional evaluation request letter that will be needed to completed using departmental letterhead, signed, and fax to 813-288-9148.

Stinger will verify receipt of the required request form and provide the agency an approximate date of shipment. If your fax does not go through and Stinger does not contact you, please call our customer service at (866-stun-shot). Due to significant demand and costs associated with evaluation units, only departments of 20 officers or larger qualify.
